The operation principle of the 2-axis machine is based on the simultaneous movement of a conveyor belt on which the blocks are positioned (horizontal movement) and a wire frame (vertical movement). The movements are realized with Brushless servomotor.

The use special materials and reduced backlash permit to achieve a considerable precision in positioning the wire frame and the block.

The cutting system is obtained by wires with a diameter of 0.25 mm. The wires are heated and controlled with an electronic system that guarantees a constant voltage.

The size and characteristics of the machine can be customized according to the Customer’s needs.

Programming and drawing the profile is done by the PC installed in the machine.
