  1. Standards adopted

The website is assessed according to the EN 301 549 standard and WCAG 2.1 – Level AA.

  1. Compliance status

Based on the checks carried out, this website complies with the accessibility requirements set out by the European Accessibility Act applicable to digital services, with reference to WCAG 2.1 – Level AA.

The main features and content of the website are accessible and usable also through assistive technologies.

In particular, during the development of the website, special attention was paid to the semantic structure of content, keyboard navigation, text readability, colour contrast and the use of consistent semantic markup.

Accessibility is monitored over time, and this statement is subject to updates in the event of significant changes to the website or to the applicable standards.

However, some parts of the website are partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out by the European Accessibility Act. Some content or components of the website do not yet fully meet all accessibility requirements; these limitations are described in the following section.

  1. Non-accessible content

As of the date this statement was prepared, based on the checks carried out, the interactive hotspot elements present in some sections of the website have been optimised to improve their usability via keyboard and assistive technologies.

In particular, accessible labels have been added to the interactive points, the recognisability of the associated content has been improved, and measures have been introduced to make the interaction clearer also for users who use screen readers.

The behaviour of these elements is monitored over time, also in relation to updates to the theme, plugins and assistive technologies, in order to maintain an adequate level of accessibility.

Should users experience difficulties in accessing the content or features of the website, they are invited to report the issue by writing to info@ddl.re.it, indicating the following subject line: “Report of non-accessible content on the website”.

Where possible, the report should specify the page concerned, the type of problem encountered and the device/browser used, so as to allow for a faster and more accurate review.

  1. Accessibility support tools

The website provides a support tool that allows users to customise their browsing experience according to their needs, for example by changing colour contrast, text size or content readability.

This tool represents an additional support for the accessibility of the website and does not replace the structural solutions adopted during the design and development phases.

  1. Assessment method

The assessment was carried out using online tools, automated tests and manual checks.

  1. Reports and feedback

Should users experience difficulties in accessing the content or features of the website, they are invited to report the issue by writing to info@ddl.re.it, indicating the following subject line: “Report of non-accessible content on the website”.
