Years of experience in the field of XPS, combined with the ability mechanics and electronics allows us to build a thickness gauges that help the customers to improve the process. The system detects five regions on the boards each second, and provides the thickness for each one. If the thickness does not meet the requirements set by the operator, he is immediately called by a visual and audible alarm. Fixed thickness gauges provide less accurate data but are ideal to controll the process through the post-processing line.

All data are stored and can be reviewed to have a better understaning of the process.
