DDL Recycling systems recover and reuse the EPS production scraps by reintroducing them into the production process.<\/p>

The grinding unit is equipped with a dual-shaft knife system<\/strong>, where each shaft is driven by a three-phase motor<\/strong>.<\/p>

The unit is equipped with sieves<\/strong> enabling the size of the ground material to be selected; the standard <\/strong>configuration includes a sieve with 20 mm holes<\/strong>.<\/p>

The ground material is conveyed to the silo<\/strong> by a fan<\/strong>.<\/p>

System output capacity ranges from<\/strong> 10 to 30 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>

The recovered material can be mixed with raw material or used for specific purposes, such as mixing with concrete.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

The mixing units comprise two silos<\/strong> and two sector valves<\/strong>.<\/p>

Electronic rotational speed control<\/strong> ensures precise mixing, based on the percentage set by the operator.<\/p>

A fan<\/strong> conveys the mixed material to the pre-loading silo of the Block Mould, thereby ensuring a continuous feed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

The dedusting unit separates the dust from the ground EPS material<\/strong>. A motor-driven bristle auger<\/strong> conveys the material inside a perforated cylinder<\/strong> equipped with suction system<\/strong>.<\/p>
